Leadership is also an important aspect of our sororty. It requires an individual to take initiative and put their time management skills to the test. Leaders provide much insight within aKDPhi because they help establish and emphasize the vision and goal in which we all continue to strive towards.
Within aKDPhi, our members contribute both to the growth of our sorority and the surrounding community. This includes working, participating in internships, clubs/organizations, volunteer work, and even joining dance groups. Some may even learn to implement the skills they learned from their job towards the sorority or vice versa.
External leadership enables us to become more involved and active within our community. It also expresses our individual interests, which can create more diversity within our sorority. Here are some other organizations that each of us are affiliated with, as well as job and internship opportunities that have each contributed greatly to our academic growth.
